Custom Order Process
Step 1: Tile Measurement
Measure your tiles carefully. We need the height, width, and depth of the tiles, as well as the total number
of tiles per rack. For sorting tables, please provide the specific requirements or standards you're following.
Step 2: Consultation
Contact us with your measurements. We'll discuss the design, confirm dimensions, and determine the appropriate
reinforcement needed for your specific requirements. We may request photos of your tiles for verification.
Step 3: Quote & Design
We'll provide a custom quote based on the size, materials, and complexity. Larger racks require more material
and time, which is reflected in the pricing. A detailed design sketch may be provided for your approval.
Step 4: Production
Once approved, we'll begin construction. Oversized racks typically require 3-6 weeks for completion,
depending on complexity and current workload.
